10. RECENT ACCOUNTING DEVELOPMENTS
Accounting Guidance Not Yet AdoptedIn June 2016, the FASB issued an accounting standard update that revises the methodology for measuring credit losses on financial instruments and the timing of when such losses are recorded. The guidance is effective for the Company on January 1, 2023, including interim periods and should be applied on a modified retrospective basis. The Company expects that the adoption of this guidance will not have a material impact on the Company's financial condition and operations.

It includes the conveyance of information necessary for a user of the Company's financial information to understand all aspects and required disclosure information concerning all changes and error corrections reported in the Company's financial statements for the period.
